Past, Present and Future
Gregory-Edwards, Inc. is a fourth-generation mechanical contracting company headquartered in the city of Houston, operating under the same corporate structure since it was founded in 1946. Our founder, K.S. ”Greg” Gregory, led the installation, renovation and servicing of HVAC work for commercial, institutional, medical and industrial projects. From 1971 to his passing in 2020, W.A. "Big Bill" Gregory, Sr. maintained and expanded our commitment to quality, underscoring Gregory-Edwards Inc.'s reputation as the premier HVAC contractor.
Since stepping into leadership as Acting President in 2016, Douglas Gregory has worked alongside Vice Presidents William A. Gregory, Jr. and Richard Garnett to guide Gregory-Edwards with over 115 years of combined industry experience.
